Cancellation Policy
We beg our guests for understanding, that reservations are considered binding if guaranteed by a credit card number and date of validity. The CC information is certainly kept by us under the strictest confidence. If credit card is not available a 1 night equivalent deposit will be accepted.
If reservation for one room is cancelled later than 24 hours before the confirmed date of arrival, or if a guest does not arrive at all, we have to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the price of one night of the accommodation ordered. (For 2 rooms 5 days in advance, 3 rooms 7 days in advance, for 4 rooms and more 21 days in advance).
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible in advance of the date for which the room was reserved. Being limited by our small capacity which provides a special privacy and comfort of our guests, cancellation policy is for us more important than in bigger hotels.
